Michael Simpson founded the Development Institute with the goal of assisting individuals and organizations to achieve their potential.
Through his work as an HR Executive, educator, and author, Michael found that many organizations and educational institutions invest significant resources and not improve individual and/or corporate performance.
The Development Institute distinguishes itself from other similar providers as we are able to quickly and effectively design and deploy custom solutions that bring immediate results to your business. Many clients dislike working with external consultants as they spend an inordinate amount of time on needs assessment and development of materials. Not only is this unnecessarily costly, but it also delays implementation of solutions that address the problems facing the organization today — simply put, clients need solutions that fit the culture and pace of their business!
